Barys Hamaida detained during National dictation in Vitsebsk
The civil activist and distributor of the independent press has promised that he will continue writing the National dictation in the police office БарысаBarus Hamaida, a civil activist and distributor of the independent press, was detained near the monument to Uladzimir Karatkevich in Vitsebsk on Thursday morning. He was writing the National Dictation.
Policemen approached him as soon as the action started. They demanded that Barys Hamaida should stop writing the dictation because it was “a violation of the rules of organization of mass actions”.
Barys Hamaida has promised that he will continue writing the dictation in the police office.
