Belarus to abolish licenses for retailers, says deputy PM
Licenses for retail trade will be abolished in this country, Andrei Kabyakou, a deputy prime minister, said at the meeting with officials of the trade ministry. He also added that "it was approximately 40 percent of all the licenses in the country", reports Interfax news agency.
