Belarus to expand highways from Minsk to regional centers
Belarus plans to expand to four lanes the highways that connect the capital city of Minsk with regional centers, reports Belta news agency. The following roads will be expanded: Minsk-Mahilyou, Minsk-Homel, Minsk-Hrodna and Minsk-Vitsebsk.
