Belarus issues visa to US top official
David Kramer, US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Eurasian Affairs has been issued a Belarusian visa, Belarus Foreign Ministry spokesman Andrei Popov told reporters on February 27 in Minsk.
Reports from unofficial sources suggest that Kramer will come to Belarus in order to attend the burial of Iryna Kozulina.
The US Embassy in Minsk has declined to comment on the US top official's visit agenda, reports Belapan.
