Belarus, Russia to build youth recreational camp near Kaliningrad

A youth camp branded as The Baltic Arthek is planned to be constructed in the Kaliningrad region of Russia. The plan was discussed on February 20 during the seventh session of the Council for a long-term cooperation between the regions, ministries and government bodies from Belarus and Russia's Kaliningrad region, reports Belapan.
The project will be funded by the budget of the (Belarus-Russia) union state. According to the press office of the Belarusian government, the Baltic Arthek will appear as a multi-finctional complex that can accommodate 2000 children at a time. The camp is planned to operate throughout the whole year.
