Belarusian Andrei Lyankevich wins OSCE photo contest
Andrei Lyankevich has become one of the five winners. On the whole, representatives of 56 OSCE member states have taken part in the contest.
The topic of the photo contest was “Tolerance and nondiscrimination”. Lyankevich sent his photo report about a Lesbian couple living in Minsk and one of the photos has won.
The photographer has informed ERB that he has not received an official confirmation yet:
Lyankevich: “Belarusian Natallya phoned me from the OSCE headquarters in Vienna and invited me to a conference dedicated to the absence of discrimination in human rights. She works in Minsk office there. The conference will take place in Astana, Kazakhstan”.
The winners will be awarded during the conference that will last for four days.
