Charge for illegal picket made against presidential candidate Ryhor Kastusyou

Policemen and district officials of Bialynichy, Mahileu region, accused the BPF party's presidential candidate Ryhor Kastusyou of illegal picketing and blocked his car. According to BelaPAN, the picket started at 3 p.m. on November 28. Policemen and representatives of the district authoritative vertical arrived an hour later. They blocked the candidate's car and made a charge for breaking the order of conducting mass events. No one was detained. It is unclear whom the charge was issued against, as they only made one copy. 

Kastusyou could not leave the picket site for half an hour, although he had another two meetings scheduled. The officials claimed that Kastusyou's representatives should have addressed to the district executive committee two days before the picket with a corresponding information.
