City Administration of internal affairs: a victim to someone, an ordinary hooligan to the law

The City Administration if internal affairs of Minsk city executive committee has informed what happened to Zmitser Dashkevich. According to their information, Vital Rymasheuski has addressed to the operative service of frunzensky district department of internal affairs in Minsk claiming the member of his initiative group Zmitser Dashkevich was kidnapped. According to him, he has learned about this in the Internet - unknown people caught Dashkevich, put him into a car and drove in unknown direction. 

However, the administration informs that at this very time Zmitser Dashkevich was taking an active part in a ... street fight! A witness of the fight informed by the phone to the police that three hooligans were beating two guys brutally. The police stopped the fight and saved two youngsters from hooligans. Dashkevich was one of the hooligans. 

All the participants of the conflict were transported to the Maskouski district administration of internal affairs of Minsk. One of the casualties was severely injured so he needed medical help. He was driven to the city hospital no. 9. 

The city administration of internal affairs states that Zmitser Dashkevich and two his friends, Edward Lobau and Dzianis Lazar have beaten two people with feasts and metal bars for no reason. A criminal case has been started in this regard. The youngsters are in the city administration of internal affairs at the moment.
