“Contract system” to be relaxed in Belarus

The Belarusian leader Alyaksandr Lukashenka has supported the suggestion of the Federation of Trade Unions concerning changes in the procedure of the country’s contract system of employment.
If a person is a conscientious employee who does not violate labour discipline and is an active participant in the staff’s activities, they may be offered the right to continue working according to a contract or to conclude a permanent labour contract, reports BelTA.
