Cristiano Ronaldo announced best European football player in 2008

According to an authoritative magazine “France Football”, a halfback of Portugal national team and of an English club “Manchester United” Cristiano Ronaldo has been announced the best European football player in 2008. According to a traditional survey dating back to 1956, the 23-year-old Portuguese is ahead of the Argentinean forward of “Barcelona” Lionel Mesi (281 points) and of a Spanish forward of English “Liverpool” Fernando Tores (179 points).

Ronaldo has become the best shooter of the English premiere league of 2007-2008 having scored 31 goals.
