Drunken driver forgets where he had left his car and reports stealing to police

A drunk inhabitant of Hrodna was coming back home in his Volkswagen. He stopped near a kiosk to buy some beer. Witnesses say that the driver could hardly walk. Nevertheless, he bought a beer and continued his way home … on foot.

He recalled that he had left his car somewhere when he arrived home. He reported stealing to the police. Now a criminal case for “false denunciation” has been started against him. The driver may be sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment and a huge fine for it.
