Dzmitry Shukhrai under trial in Minsk after 5 days of detention
Vital Rymasheuski's representative from Brest Dzmitry Shukhrai, who was accused of "not following the police's demands" on December 22 has been detained in Brest after serving his arrest and transported to Minsk. Now he is accused of participation in the demonstration on December 19. His administrative case will be considered by the Maskouski district court of Minsk, informs the human rights center "Viasna". Let us remind you, three Bresters - Rymasheuski's representatives - got 5 days of administrative detention each on December 22. They were detained the day before at 22.40. Jury Bakur and Andrej Sharenda were accused of bad swearing by the police. Dzmitry Shukhrai also got 5 days for "not following the police's demands".
