Entrepreneurs in Pinsk desperate after inspection from emergencies ministry

Over 50 vending places will have to be demolished by entrepreneurs at the central market place in Pinsk, Brest region, following the decision by inspectors from the Emergencies Ministry. Our local correspondent Hlab Paulouski reports:

“It turned out that during the reconstruction of the market place, vending kiosks were built in violation of fire safety. Fire-fighters would not allow the operation of the kiosks.

Entrepreneurs in Pinsk feel desperate, because they do not know who should be approached over this matter. Former director of the market place and his deputy have been placed into a police custody. Investigators accuse them of receiving bribes for building the defunct kiosks. The local authorities told the entrepreneurs to file lawsuits in court".
