European structures to observe the whole process of elections in Belarus

European structures will not only take into account the fact of election of opposition members while observing elections in Belarus. They will monitor the whole process. The statement was made by the Vice Chairman of the German Parliament's Committee on Human Rights and Humanitarian Aid Holger Haibach.
The German parliamentarian stressed that the election process had to be transparent and democratic. According to him, representatives of the opposition should be included in election commissions.

Holger Haibach is sure that the parliamentary elections should become “the basis for a dialogue”, reports “Interfax”.
