Final concert of Belarusian tour of “Okean Elzi” in Homel (photo)
The final concert of the Belarusian tour of a band “Okean Elzi” took place in Homel on Wednesday. About 1500 Homel inhabitants welcomed the Ukrainian musicians.
The band performed 22 songs: 17 songs of the main programme, 3 were encored and two more were encored for the second time at parting.
Unlike in other cities, “OE” sang “Dolce Vita” and attached a white scarf together with a black one to the microphone prop. There were some unexpected things during the performance - a guitar string got torn at the beginning of the third song and Vakarchuk’s personal microphone got broken an hour later so he had to use a spare one to perform the rest of the programme.
The whole concert took two hours. Those who decided to wait for the leader of the band Svyatoslav Vakarchuk near the back door got his autographs 40 minutes later.
