Former Czech president Vaclac Havel admitted to hospital
Former Czech Republic's president and famous writer Vaclav Havel on Monbday was admitted in a hospital in Prague and operated on, reports the local television channel TV Primа. It has not been revealed what Havel has been suffering from. It was only said he hd an inflammation. Hospital spokeswoman Eva Jurinova said in a statement that Vaclav Havel was indeed admitted aand his condition was described as "medium serious".
According to ex-president's wife, the surgery was successful and her husband was feeling better. In 1990s Havel had health problems and was admitted to a hospital for 17 times. In 1996, half of one lung was removed due to cancer.
