Government to approve fixed tax rate by August 2008
The decision to introduce a single fixed tax in Belarus will be passed by August 2008, Belapan quotes Belarusian Prime Minister Siarhei Sidorski as saying. The fixed tax will be set at 12 or 13 percent, according to Sidorski. Experts, commissioned by the government, are still studying the issue. The final decision will be made along with the 2009 budget draft.
