Holland to train Belarusians how to raise quality potato

Jakub van der Saar, a Dutch agriculture expert, visited the Shchuchyn district in the Hrodna region in the framework of the PUM international program, financed by the government of the Netherlands.
He organized a seminar for farmer and told them about the new techniques in raising and processing potato. The Dutchman's visit grabbed a lot of attention, as farmers from across the district attended the seminar.
