A 25-year-old jobless man kept drawing Nazi symbols on buildings in Homel. He was detained the other day.
A passer-by helped detain the hooligan, she called the police. It is reported that the man had drawn swastikas on the building of the local market many times; he also drew them on “Belsayuzdruk” news stalls and the Palace of Culture.
