House prices drop in Minsk

Prices are dropping in the secondary housing market in Minsk. The average cost of a square metre dropped from two thousand to one thousand eight hundred dollars over the last four months (February-May).
The head of the housing programme department of the Ministry of Architecture and Building of the Republic of Belarus Tatstsyana Zaturenskaya informed the “Minsk-News” agency about it.

The price of secondary accommodation is expected to continue dropping.
