KGB interrogates "Glos znad Niemna"photo-correspondent in Hrodna
The protocolar conversation with the activist of the movement "For Freedom!" Edward Dmukhouski lasted for nearly 1,5 hours. Dmukhouski has informed to Euroradio that they asked standard questions like: how did you get to Minsk on December 19? How did you find out about the non-sanctioned demonstration? Who was the boss during the action at the Independence Square? The representatives of the regional KGB department called Dmukhouski today and asked him to come to them for a conversation. According to the activist, he thought it made no sense to hide from the KGB or to wait for an official summon and decided to go there at once.
The photo-correspondent of the Union of Poles' newspaper "Glos znad Niemna" Aliaksej Salej was also interrogated as a witness today.
According to the Union of Poles member Andrzej Poczobut, Salej's lawyer was not admitted to the interrogation. The KGB members asked whether the photo-correspondent had heard the appeals of the opposition leaders to break the law and to participate in mass disturbance.
