KGB takes interest in members of Sannikau's initiative group

Barysau city administration of internal affairs is looking for the member of Andrej Sannikau's initiative group Zmitser Barodka. They searched not only his apartment, but also the garage. The representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations broke the garage doors. They also searched the apartment of Barodka's mother-in-law, but found nothing which could be of any interest to the law-enforcement authorities, informs charter97.org.

Ulad Varanetski, the member of Andrej Sannikau's initiative group from Vitsebsk, has been summoned to the University's Dean's office. A KGB representative waited for him there - he suggested the youngster should refuse from political activity in exchange for reinstatement in the educational establishment. Ulad Varanetski "thanked" him for the services and said that he could "reinstate in the educational establishment himself and there was nothing illegal in his political activity". The KGB representative threatened Ulad with problems.
