Lawmakers pass Kanaplyou's resignation
The House of Representatives has approved the resignation of Uladzimir Kanaplyou, the speaker of the lower champer of the Belarusian parliament, reports Interfax. Out of a total of 107 deputies, 88 voted in favor, while 19 voted against.
