Lawyer meets Andrei Dzmitryeu
Human rights activist Alena Tankachova has told Euroradio that lawyer Iryna Minina was eventually allowed to meet Andrei Dzmitryeu on December 25.
Dzmitryeu is the head of Uladzimir Nyaklyaeu's campaign headquarters. He is suspected of organizing public unrest in Independence Square in Minsk. Lawyer Iryna Minina signed a non-disclosure statement.
Iryna said Andrei was in a normal condition. He was focused and responisble. There are no serious concerns over his health, however the lawyer is aware about his heart problems.
