List of changes concerning places for signature collection published 12 days later

Changes to the decision of Pinsk District Executive Committee concerning places where it is allowed to collect signatures have been published after a 12-day delay. A more liberal decision was taken on September 28 and has published in a district newspaper “Polessye Pravda” only now. However, two issues of the newspaper were out before.
Anyway, only signatures in support of Alyaksandr Lukashenka are collected in Pinsk District so nobody is going to protest against the delay.
