Lukashenka: Belarus does not insist on Russia’s recognition of election
Belarus will not insist on Russia’s recognition of the election. Alyaksandr Lukashenka claimed it in an interview with the biggest German mass media, reports BelTA.
It is up to Russia to decide whether to recognize the election or not, said the Belarusian leader. According to the law, Belarus does not need recognition.
At the same time, in Lukashenka’s opinion, the official Minsk is paying too much effort to convince the whole world that the election is fair. According to him, the Belarusian authorities have never violated the Consultation and the law.
