Malefactors took off brake coils from an elevator in a block of flats in Minsk. Fortunately, nobody suffered from it. The incident took place in Serabranka District. Four young men brought the coils to utility refuse. The police were waiting for them there. It is reported that three of the guys have previous convictions.
