A $220,000-worth watch fell in a river in the Russian city of St. Petersburg. The watch's owner, the unidentified tourist, waved emotionally with his hand while standing on a bridge over the River Neva and dropped his Hellmuth watch into water. The man said he was ready to pay $10,000 for the recovery of the watch.
The Association of the Russian Divers will be hired to recover the lost watch. Divers and special equipment will be used on July 5 to pick the watch, reports Gazeta.ru.
