Martynov: Belarus is developing positive relations with Lithuania
Belarus believes that its relations with Lithuania are developing positively, Belarus's Foreign Minister Sergei Martynov said on December 29 in Minsk during a meeting with Lithuanian Foreign Minister Vigavdas Ushackas.
According to Martynov, Belarus and Lithuania are linked by good neighborhood relations, even despite the fact that the countries, possibly, "have different orientations".
In his turn, Ushackas noted that Lithuania is interested in developing political, economic and cultural relations with Belarus. He also stressed that it would be interesting for him to discuss with Sergei Martynov EU's Eastern Neighborhood initiative, reports Belapan
