Medvedev greets Lukashenka on victory?

Lukashenka's press-center claims that Russia's President Dmitry Medvedev has greeted the "re-elected President of the Republic of Belarus Aliaksandr Lukashenka". This has been informed to the BELTA correspondent by the Belarusian leader's press-center. "I wish you success, and I wish the fraternal Belarusian people peace", — stated in the greeting.
However, it is stated at the RSN web-site "Russian News Service" that Lukashenka has received a non-existent greeting. "Russian President's press-center have informed to the RSN that they have not sent the greeting which Aliaksandr Lukashenka received", stated in the article.

"Radio Liberty" also tried to find the text of the "greeting" at the official web-site of the President of Russia. However, they found no greeting for Lukashenka there.
