Mihalevich collected 100 thousand signatures and does not want to withdraw for sake of “single candidate”
A presidential contender Ales Mihalevich has exceeded the limit of one hundred signatures but is not going to stop. The politician wants to collect 110 thousands. Signatures were collected in Mahileu Province best of all, says Mr. Mihalevich. He says it depends on the work of his team: if the team is strong, signatures will be collected quicker. By the way, the politician sees no sense in a single candidate at these elections. He said it in a comment to ERB.
Mihalevich: "We had single candidates twice and the effect was not very good. People want to see different candidates. There can be no situation when all people would like to support one person. Belarusians are not dissatisfied with the current administration to such an extent that they would like to vote for any alternative”.
Let us remind you that Ales Mihalevich is the sixth candidate to have collected 100 thousand signatures. Alyaksandr Lukashenka, Uladzimir Nyaklyayeu, Andrei Sannikau, Victar Tsyareshchanka and Yaraslau Ramanchuk claimed they had 100 thousand signatures earlier.
