Minister orders tax inspectors to check Nasha Niva newspaper

The editoriaal office of Nasha Niva newspaper has been notified about a tax inspection at the newspaper publisher -- Surodzichy company, reports Radio Svaboda.

Surodzichy was inspected in September 2008 last time. An inspector from the Ministry of Taxes and Revenues said the inspection was ordered by the minister.

Last week, Nasha Niva received two warnings from the Ministry of Information for alleged 'violations' in the titles of the articles on NTV's film Godfather.
