Minsk City Executive Committee not to liquidate Nyaklyayeu’s “Movement Forward”

Minsk City Executive Committee has withdrawn its claim against Nyaklyayeu’s organization “Movement Forward”. Thus, it has refused from its intention to deprive the organization of its registration. The deputy director of “Movement Forward” Nina Pahlopka has informed ERB that they did not expect it. Pahlopka: "The trial was supposed to take place on October 12 and the registration of our organization had to be cancelled. However, a meeting in Minsk Economic Court was hastily organized at 12 p.m. today. We have received a letter informing that Minsk City Executive Committee has withdrawn its appeal concerning the action they lost. The letter says: “Please, withdraw the claim and suspend this case”.

Let us remind you that Minsk City Executive Committee managed to cancel the leasing contract of “Movement Forward” in court thus depriving the organization of its legal address. Nina Pahlopka cannot comment on the actions of Minsk City Executive Committee. However, she thinks it may mean that a new case is being prepared.
