Most of businesses remain closed in Brest

Less than 2000 out of a total of over 12,000 small-size entrepreneurs have re-registered as private unitary enterprises in the Brest region, reports ERB correspondent Ales Murlanau.
Most of the entrepreneuers are involved in trade and services. They had to go on a forced leave since the new year.

Major market places in the regional center remain half-empty or empty.

However, nobody is mentioning the word "strike" to describe the reason why their businesses are suspended. The leaves are expected to end at the end of this month, and it is inclear what will happen then.
