Nunnery burns down in Barysau District
A wooden building of a nunnery burnt down in the village of Baran (Barysau Distrcit) yesterday morning. None of the nuns was injured.
The reason that caused the fire is unknown. The building of the nunnery was constructed after the war to host a library-club.
By the way, St. Kseniya nunnery already suffered from an incident last year. An expensive welding set that cost 680 thousand BRB was stolen from its workshop on the night of September 10, 2006.
