Nyaklyaeu's representative's car detained near Mahileu
Uladzimir Nyaklyaeu's representative Ihar Kavalenka has been detained in Kniazhytsy near Mahileu.
The car driven by Kavalenka has been stopped by the traffic police. They say they suspect the driver in using alcohol and are now waiting for the mobile laboratory to arrive and check the alcohol level in his blood.
"They've detained the car and accuse the driver of being drunk. I am supposed to go round the regions as a candidate's representative - Bialynichy, Shklou, Kruhlae - to see whether ther are any violations at the polling stations, to register there. And they set obstacles".
Also, the tyres of the automobiles belonging to 4 Nyaklyaeu's activists were pinched this morning.
