The city authorities do not plan to build elite apartment houses on the site of the old Loshytsa Park, an official with the Minskpraek architectural design company, told ERB.

"The territory is under protection of the law. It is located in the LR-2 zone, where it is prohibited to build higher than three-story houses," said Uladzimir Mirashnichenka, head of the unit in charge of park redesign.
