One third of Belarusian web-sites have not obtained state registration yet

This was informed by the director and the founder of TUT.by portal Jury Zisser at the conference "Business Internet". According to him, only two third of Belarusian sites have obtained state registration so far.
Zisser: "Many private proprietors simply refuse to register. They say " What do we need this registration for? We won't do it". However, amendments to the Administrative Code, and maybe to the Criminal Code as well, concerning responsibility for that, are now being elaborated".

The authorities have in fact refused from Internet filtration, so feared by experts and users. According to Zisser, no web-site is forbidden at the moment.
