Over 26 percent vote early in Belarus elections

Belarus is holding a general election today. Lidziya Yarmoshyna, the chiarperson of the Central Elections Commission, over 26 percent of the registered voters came to polling stations during the early voting procedure.  The Vitsebsk region is taking the lead with 31 percent of early voters, with the Homel region reporting 29 percent of early voters.
