"Pinsk Canal” posts up shame lists
Special shame lists have appeared at Pinsk bus stops. They contain names and addresses of Pinskers who have not paid for running water so far. Even small arrears have been exposed to shame. City inhabitants think that the sum of 5 thousand rubles could have been collected some other way.
