Police confiscate 1938 Walter gun in Vitsebsk region

The police in the Vitsebsk region have confiscated 22 weapons that were kept illegally. The list of the seized firearms includes mainly hunting rifles, but there were also be several interesting pieces like a Walter pistol made in 1938 in a very good condition. The raid dubbed 'Arsenal' was held for five days from March 29 through April 2. The police opened 4 criminal cases, while 43 people faced administrative punishment.

Those who submitted their weapons voluntarily will not be subjected to prosecution.
