Prosecution demands 5 years of imprisonment in colony for Myantsyuk

The prosecution has demanded to imprison Raman Myantsyuk in a colony for five years. Let us remind you that the hearing of his case (he rammed “the live shield” created out of cars with people on Minsk-Miklashevichy highway in March) continues in Minsk Moscow District Court today.
Raman Myantsyuk is accused of a road violation that resulted in injuries and drunken driving. He has gone on a hunger strike to express a protest against “false accusations” and asked the court not to imprison him and to penalize him in some other way today.
