Psychologists to teach ticket collectors to talk

Misnktrans has informed that the number of ticket collectors in public transport will be increased. Their number will almost double by the end of the year and will total 208 people.


Psychologists are going to teach ticket collectors to talk to stowaways. Special training sessions will be organized for them and ticket collectors will become more stress resistant and sociable thanks to them.

Minsktrans is sure: fines will cover all the expenses, informs the Belarusian State Broadcasting Company.
