68-year-old speculator in foreign currency detained in “Bug” sanatorium
The incident occurred in Zhabinka District.
According to BelaPAN, the pensioner from Pinsk District bought Russian rubles from Russians spending vacations in the sanatorium. 755 thousand Belarusian rubles and 2 thousand Russian rubles has been confiscated from the woman.
A report has been drawn up against the detained elderly woman. The police have found out that she a private entrepreneur and not a holiday-maker.
It is the first time “a speculator” has been detained in a health centre in Brest Province this year.
