Andrzej Pachobut’s wife delivers him parcel in detention centre
The reason for the yesterday’s detention of the reporter of Polish “Gazeta Wyborcza” is still unknown.
Aksana Pachobut, Andrzej Pachobut’s (reporter of Polish “Gazeta Wyborcza”) wife, is heading for Hrodna detention centre #1. She will try to send him the essentials. Aksana Pachobut has informed Euroradio about it on air.
Let us remind you that Andrzej Pachobut was detained in Hrodna yesterday evening. The reason for the detention is till unknown.
A criminal case for “insulting the President” was started against Pachobut on March 28 but he did not have to give a written undertaking not to leave the city.
The journalist was going to visit Minsk to take part in a video conference of representatives of the European Commission and a delegation of the European Parliament dedicated to the situation in Belarus today.
