Let us remind you that French lawyer William Bourdon has brought a suit against Belarusian Minister of Internal Affairs Anatol Kulyashou in Paris.
Bourdon’s assistant has informed BelaPAN that the head of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is accused of torture. The lawyer is acting on behalf of five Belarusians.
