Billboards at war in Brest? (photo)
The billboard “Polatsk – city of life!” appeared in the city upon the Bug the other day.
You can only guess why the authors of the billboard were not satisfied with the regional centre and decided to advertise a Vitsebsk Province city instead. It is worth noting that the billboard “My Brest – my life!” can be found on the other side of the same street. It looks like the billboards are struggling “for life”.
