EU not ready to resume dialogue with Belarus
European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton has said this.
She has informed that at present moment the European Union's countries are not ready to consider resume of the dialogue. This issue may be considered only after release and rehabilitation of all political prisoners, BelaPAN reports.
Ashton has also noted that interaction with the Belarusian civil society is a very important component of the EU's policy.
