"European Belarus" activist detained in Lepel
Victar Kalesnik transported informational materials about the "People's Assembly" and the newspapers "Nasha Niva" in his car.
The activist was detained on Tuesday night at the cross-roads of Vitsebsk-Polatsk driveway, informs “Charter 97”. The policemen obviously waited for him, and took him to the district department of internal affirs in Lepel.
