Lukashenka to pronounce Message on April 21
A joint conference of the House of Representatives and the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly will take place today.
The reason for it is the traditional annual President’s Message to the Belarusian people and Parliament.
Alyaksandr Lukashenka’s speech in the Oval Room of the House of the Government will be broadcast live by the state TV channels.
